Joan's Corner
(August 2001) Joan was planning a big weekend and felt she should take care of a slight pain in her chest. The doctors diagnosed cancer on the spot, and two days later when her biopsy results came back, she was given 10 days to live. Being a close friend, I went to Kentucky to stay with her and her children for some of her final days. The kids were exhausted answering the phone, the door, and thousands of questions, so we made this site that could talk to the world for them.
